Best-of-third tie-break ladder:
In order- 1.Points earned in the group stage. 2.Goal difference across all group matches. 3.Goals scored, total. 4.Admin intervention. If players remain level after the above, tournament admins step in to decide - typically via a supervised drawing of lots or a sudden-death decider, depending on stage urgency.

IMPORTANT REPLAY SAVES Both players must save the match replay until the result is officially confirmed by an admin. A missing replay during a dispute means the dispute is decided against the player without it.

A deadline will be set for every fixture and communicated through the official channels.
Players are responsible for being available at the agreed time.
If a player fails to show up by the deadline, they will be marked as a no-show and the opponent will be awarded the match by walkover with a 3-0 win.
Players are expected to communicate with admins in advance regarding their availability and preferred match timings.
Last-minute requests will not be entertained, and any timing conflicts must be raised before the deadline is set not after.
DISCONNECTIONS:
DC inside the first 15 minutes: Full restart, scores reset.
DC between minute 15 and minute 45: Resume in a fresh lobby; the leading player picks up at the same scoreline.
DC after the 45-minute mark: Resume in a fresh lobby; the leading player picks up at the same scoreline.
SHOOTOUT DC Resume at exact kick number in fresh lobby
2 disconnects by the same player in one match: Match awarded to the opponent.
EDGE CASE: SIMULTANEOUS DC If both players disconnect within the same 30-second window, the match is treated as an admin-supervised replay regardless of scoreline. Replay saves are mandatory here.
Group tie-breakers: (in order)
Goal difference across all group matches. Goals scored, total. Head-to-head result between the tied players. If still level, head-to-head goal difference, then head- to-head goals scored. Sudden-death decider REPLACES THE V1 COIN TOSS: a single golden-goal match.
CODE OF CONDUCT:
eFTBL operates a zero-tolerance policy on harassment, racial or religious abuse, threats, and deliberate griefing. Match-related disputes are resolved on evidence, not assertion.
Evidence requirement. Every dispute must be supported by either a saved replay, a screen recording of the relevant period, or a clear screenshot of the in-game state.
Reporting channel. All reports go through the tournaments group within 24 hours of the match with #disputes
Reports filed later are not heard.
Appeals. A single appeal per ruling, filed within 12 hours, reviewed by a panel of two admins not involved in the original decision.
Final authority. The Tournament Director's ruling on appeal is final.
Smart Assist Violation. If found playing with smart assist and there is evidence, admin intervention will take place and points deduction will occur.
